All our prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT for orders within the UK and the European Community
BFPO deliveries VAT will be deducted on authorisation by fax or email from commanding officer.
Businesses with-in the EU (but outside the UK) - full business name, address and vat registration number is required before VAT can be deducted.
Orders over £50 and from outside the European Community are VAT free, VAT at 15% will

We ship worldwide every day, with courier pickup
twice a day. Your order will be processed and dispatched the same day, where
possible. (excluding Saturday and Sunday). Order before 1.30pm for next working day
delivery. There may be a delay if delivery address is not the same as card
holders billing address or circumstances out of our control.
We stock all the products we display, with only a few exceptions and if we are
temporarily out of stock.
If we are out of stock of the product you order and we feel the delivery of your
purchase may take longer than the above, we will contact you re expected
dispatch dates.
All new products are insured against damage in transit. All deliveries MUST be checked on receipt. In the unlikely event that your product has been damaged in transit, we ask our customers to visually check the outer box before signing for the delivery. If there is any sign that the packing is damaged, please sign as 'box damaged'.
Please inspect your product after delivery and any damage must be reported to us within 24 hours by telephone or
email.
Mainland UK shipping Orders anywhere in the Mainland UK are delivered FREE
of charge.
Delivery to a BFPO HM Forces are free of charge.
UK Mainland delivery is free of charge by Royal Mail for
small items.
All machines are sent using next working day delivery service, Saturday delivery as an optional extra.
HORN Sewing Cabinets use their own delivery vehicles, Horn cabinets are
delivered free of charge to most parts of mainland UK, a charge is made for
deliveries outside the main area.
Europe and Worldwide shipping
Overseas orders are subject to shipping at cost
price.
Small packets are all sent Airmail and usually take between 3-10 working days.
For larger items sent to Europe and USA, shipping
is between 2-4 working days.
Notification of charges – will be shown after clicking the ‘buy now’ button, this will take you to the shopping cart where you will be asked to
‘add shipping’ for your relevant area. Shipping charges will be displayed.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or any duty.

FREE Extended Warranty for 10 Years
Yes you're covered for parts and labour for 10 years. When purchasing a selected new
machine from this website your safe in the knowledge that you can buy with peace
of mind. We only sell quality products and are happy to extend the warranty
after the original warranty expires (uk only). There is normally a charge to extend the warranty, however we have
wavered this payment and can offer it at no extra cost.
What's covered? Bone-fide faults. As per manufacturers Guarantee.
What's not covered? Very little. Naturally this extended cover excludes willful
damage, repairs caused by misuse or repairs made necessary by commercial use.
Also "consumable items" such as belts, bulbs, and needles etc as stated on the
manufacturers guarantee document. Sorry we can’t extend the warranty on presses.
All our new sewing machines undergo a pre delivery inspection and are tested for your assurance, so you can be confident that your machine will reach you, ready to tackle the toughest tasks, straight from the box.
NO CARRIAGE COST
If for some reason your new machine is found to be in need of attention due to problems caused through faulty components and/or poor workmanship for a period of 6 months we will sanction our "no carriage cost" back to base, repair and return of your machine within the uk mainland. Please

or phone first as all repair/returns must be authorised prior to being sent.
Please retain the original packing materials - just in case your machine has to be returned to us. If you choose to dispose of the original packaging then this is against our advice. We cannot be held responsible for any damages caused in transit if the machine is not in its original packaging.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights and will apply only to machines purchased for use in the UK mainland and used for normal domestic purposes, and does not cover consumable items such as: needles, bobbins,
bobbin cases, bulbs, belts, loopers, blades, timing adjustments etc as stated in manufacturers warranty.
Very often, problems with sewing machines, presses and overlockers are down to user error. Customers purchasing a machine Singer Machines Ltd can email or phone our help line for advice, however the first point of call should be the instruction manual.

Inform us of your intent to return the goods within 7 days of the date that the goods are delivered and must return them in the condition that they were supplied, complete and in 'as new' condition (e.g
if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without
damaging or marking the product or packaging in any way, a charge may be made to
bring the item back to new condition)
Goods should be returned with the original box, packing and all accessories. Any FREE gifts received with the product must also be returned
intact.
In the case of cancellation, we will happily accept the return of your purchase,
however your refund may be subject to a restocking fee and any costs relating to shortage of contents
and damage.
We strongly recommend, when you return the product, you use a insured delivery service as we regret we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit or any return costs.
Sorry but we are unable to refund on software that have been opened or electronic format products also books if the packaging is opened.
Embroidery Designs:
Permission denied: You may not resell, give away, trade, rent, or otherwise distribute the original or modified versions of any machine embroidery designs in electronic format.
Permission granted: You may embroider the designs and sell as many of the sewn products as you wish.
However please note: Manufacturers of CD's and memory cards may have other restrictions as to their use.
General:
Please do not directly copy our wording and descriptions (learn about the products you sell, yourself!). Many Images belong solely to us and have been marked with a Digital Watermark, this image signature can not be removed. - If you are in any doubt, do not copy!
The cost of using an image belonging to this website is £100 per image, per year
(minimum one year).

WEEE
What is WEEE? The objective of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment policy is to specify details and procedures for the safe disposal of WEEE. The UK WEEE regulations require that businesses involved in the supply of electrical equipment take an active roll in its collection and recycling.
Any product not marked with the WEEE logo should be disposed of in normal waste streams as per current practice. Any product marked with the WEEE logo should be separated from other waste streams to ensure that it can be recycled in an environmentally sound manner.

Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites. For example, if a customer bought a new EEE item from us we would accept their old EEE item and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely. Customers must return their like-for-like EEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.
