I purchased this Singer M2105 Sewing Machine to replace my ageing one that had an electrical fault. I'm very pleased with the ease of use & the large helpful user diagram is great for reference, I also refer to the Singer YouTube videos. I'm nearly 80 years old & mainly use it for Quilting. I love it, a great basic machine & it was delivered to me the very next day. Thanks.

I love the machine- it is powerful and easy to use. It came with lots of extras which are very useful eg walking foot and the quilting table. I like being able to choose whether the needle stays in the fabric or is raised when stopped. Being able to control the speed with the dial is also useful. I love having a wide variety of stitches to choose from too. The big disappointment is finding the presser foot lifter is on the inside edge of the machine- it is awkward to reach and when passing bulky items through (quilting etc), it catches and flips the lever up at the slightest touch- so annoying! Hence 4* rating

The Singer 8500Q Modern Quilter. I bought this machine only a few weeks ago as an upgrade to my Singer HD6335M manual sewing machine, and I love the features that the 8500Q provides: the automatic thread cutter, the needle up/down preference, the knee lifter, the simpler threading system, its large size and large extension table, the free arm and bobbin top loading, its huge selection of stitches which can be modified; and it just looks great. I have made a quilted cover for this machine, and a 4 x 5 feet quilt; both projects were a joy to do on the Modern Quilter. There is nothing wrong with my manual HD6335M, it is a indeed a powerful workhorse of a machine and will last a lifetime, but I love the features of the 8500Q.

I purchased my new Singer Heavy Duty HD6705C Sewing Machine. Extremely well build, excellent quality machine, has some amazing capabilities and functions which I still have to try out. So far I am extremely impressed with the sewing machine. Only niggle is the control panel is not illuminated so it can be a tad difficult to read the information in dim light.

I was looking for a replacement Singer sewing machine, one that had a heavy feel to it with a simple selection of stitches, didn’t have automatic threading and was just easy to understand, like my old machine. I like the machine. The only problem has been the walking foot,which lasted 2 days before the arm would stick in the upper position. A replacement is meant to be on its way. Hence the 4 stars not 5

My elves helped me to get the Singer HD6335M - Denim wrapped and under the tree and was duly opened by a very happy recipient on Christmas morning, my partner has done some test runs and has just made a pair of casual trousers using recycled fabric, he is delighted with the machine and loves all the features it offers. Absolutely excellent sewing machine. Only purchased a short time ago but already seen a lot on it including thick layers. Comes with lots of attachment and a very good manual. Love the automatic threader. Would highly recommend.

Thrilled with my sewing machine. Just finished 2 sets of curtains and can highly recommend. I love the fact machine threads itself and the bobbin is top loading so easy to see when it’s running low. Found the instructions a little brief but tons of videos online to show you what to do so not a problem. Delivery was very prompt. I will add, for reassurance, that I was slightly worried after reading some slightly disgruntled reviews but this company are legit they have a bricks and mortar shop and my experience was smooth from start to finish. Also they provide an extended warranty included in price which seems an added incentive. Do keep your box though and packaging as that is part of warranty (lucky I have an attic). To sum up best price online, genuine product and smooth transaction -Thank you

Very easy to use and sews through many layers without a problem. My only criticism is the strange attachment for the stitch guide. Would have preferred it printed on the machine or on a pull out.

Love this machine. It replaced a 12year old Janome. The singer is easy to thread, runs like a dream and is much quieter than my old machine. Couldn’t be happier!
