It took awhile to get used to using the overlocker, the instruction book and the pictures on the inside clarify which thread goes where. Unfortunately a needle broke during my self training. My main issue is that threading the 2 lower threads is very fiddly, especially as I have arthritis in my hands, and the access space is very confined making it difficult to particularly get at the get at the left hand needle. Still perseverance paid off and I successfully shortened my new trousers with a professional finish to the inside of the hem.

Amazing machine. My last sewing machine was my Mum's which is about 80 years old ( I am 63 !!! ).Read the reviews first and they were spot on. Easy to set up, simple instructions, soooo quiet, look forward to many years of sewing again. The delivery was first class as well, will use this company again, thank you.

This is a great machine! Being an amateur sewer and not having much experience this is the perfect machine for me. It was ready to use right out of the box. No fussing with tensions, needle threading or bobbins. The foot is even designed not run away on you when you start. I highly recommend this to sewers that are just starting out as it will encourage you to keep going and sewing. It is also a good machine for the more experienced sewer as it makes life simpler and projects can get done quicker. I'm so glad I chose this machine and am really happy with my purchase!

I decided on buying the Singer One Plus as it suited my interest in embroidery stitches. I am over the moon with my new sewing machine even though I've only had it a week, and the customer service is excellent. If you are thinking of buying a sewing machine think SINGER!

Having had my last sewing machine for sewing machine for 29 years, it was time for a change. Purchased this machine after reading many positive reviews. Had first session on it this afternoon and found it very pleasing to use. Instructions were easy to follow. Need more time on it now to fully appreciate all that it can do. My only disappointment is that it didn't include an overcast foot so had to order this separately and dust cover is very flimsy. Other than that, great machine and value for money.

I bought this sewing machine for my partner, who is delighted with its sturdiness and above all simplicity. The order process was quick and easy and the machine was delivered the very next day. It would be nice if it came with an automatic needle threader already fitted, but one is available via the webshop at reasonable cost.
