Really pleased with machine. Sewing a prom dress with tuille and organza for my grandaughter. No puckering up on fine fabric. Great with slow or fast sewing. Zipper foot worked well on invisible zip on fine material. Happy with purchase. I wish I had purchased more bobbins as postage high on very light and small items.

Singer HD 5523. What a cracker of a sewing machine: very easy to use, but strong and solid. So far it's tackled everything I've thrown at it with ease. Great value for a machine that's suitable for beginners to the experienced sewist. Excellent after sales by Stephen to overcome a small issue. Would recommend and buy from them again

I bought the Singer HD 4411 sewing machine as a gift for my wife, who had been using a previous Singer model for over 15 years. She was absolutely delighted with the new machine and has been using it non-stop since receiving it. The HD 4411 feels high-quality and is much quieter than her previous model, making it perfect for sewing thicker fabrics. I'm so glad I made this purchase for her - it's been a game-changer for her sewing projects!

Sooooo good to have a Singer again after a basic brother. The upgrades and progress in technical developments is second to none. As I am experienced, this offers new challenges for me as the programmable stitches offer endless options. It was delivered on time, safely packed and included a manual. I used what I believe to be an official YouTube video to follow the initial setting up which was very clear and helpful. Interestingly, not all the feet she mentioned were included with my machine. I was missing a 'cording' foot and an 'open toe' foot. It may be they are included in the USA but not in the UK. Overall, a great product and a serious upgrade from my old machine.

I bought this as a gift to myself to move into the modern age of sewing. I still love my antique singer treadle sewing machine, but wanted to use different stitches with ease. I'm still getting used to the electric machine, but with practice I will develop my skills. It does feel fast after using a treadle, but I'm learning to slow down to get used to it. It's amazing how the fabric just moves along when sowing. I've just purchased additional presser feet to match the different fabric types I'm hoarding. This model has a lot of functionality and stitches which I will enjoy using. I prefer the look of my antique machine - but who wouldn't?

Upgraded to this confidence machine. Wonderful. Haven't had time to try all the stitches yet but find it very easy to choose the stitch, the length and width. Particularly like the top bobbin so you can see if thread getting low. The bag that came with machine is very good quality but haven't used yet as too busy experimenting with the brilliant machine. Delivery and assistance from Whitley staff gold star. Thanks.

I haven't done any sewing for along time to the point that my old (not Singer) machine had totally siezed up. I was delighted that my Singer order arrived so quickly and was easy to set up, do you every forget how? I did/do a lot of curtains and am happy that the heavy duty machine works perfectly on layers of fabric, yet is still gentle enough on finer fabrics. Thank you Singer for decades of reliability.
