The Singer Slant Bias Binder foot is used to apply pre-folded bias binding to the edge of the fabric in one easy step. This is the slant shank type, it is equipped with a small funnel to fold and guide the binding over the fabric edge before it reaches the needle and can be used with either zigzag or decorative stitches as well as straight stitch.

The first image is the original part which is no longer manufactured. Instead, you will receive the bias binder foot and red foot holder in the second picture which is ready to use on your slant needle Futura, Touch & Sew and other Singer models.
